Funeral of Sister Louise Côté, CND (1929-2020) September 17, 2020
Following the announcement, last May, of the passing of Sister Louise Côté (S.S.-Claire-des-Anges), the sisters of the Congregation of Notre Dame had to postpone the funeral due to the health measures imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The ceremony in memory of Sister Louise is therefore taking place on September 17, 2020.

Thursday, September 17, 2020 beginning at 12:30 p.m.
The funeral will be celebrated at 1:45 p.m. in the chapel at Résidence Bon-Secours. The burial will take place at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, Dallaire/Memoria.
Following current public health recommendations, everyone must wear a mask and follow the directives in place at Résidence Bon-Secours. Thank you for your understanding.
Sister Louise Côté died at Résidence Bon-Secours in Montréal on May 1, 2020, at 90 years of age. She was a former general councillor and leader of the Congregation. She served in many capacities including president of the Canadian Religious Conference (CRC) and councillor and general secretary of the International Union of Superiors General (UISG) in Rome.
