Journeying through Advent with the Orientation 2021-2026

Kingston CND sisters and Associates were blessed to be led in an Advent Retreat by Associate Alice Gazeley.

The focus of the retreat was the CND Orientation 2021-2026, beginning with the quote from Sister Ona Bessette, Congregational Leader, regarding both personal and Congregational transformation and seeking the grace of the Holy Spirit.

In September 2023, Alice shared the Orientation in our gathering and encouraged all to review it as a daily reminder. Alice commended the wisdom, courage and intensity of those word crafting the final version of the Orientation. Specific words such as orientation, dare, humanize, allow, transformed, systems, culminating in the spirit of Marguerite, “let us respond with fierce hope and prophetic action together for the life of the world.”
