St. Marguerite Celebrated at Regiopolis-Notre Dame High School, Kingston
CND Sisters and Associates were once again invited to attend the annual Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School mass honouring St. Marguerite Bourgeoys. A beautiful mass was celebrated along with hundreds of students, teachers, the choir, junior and senior bands with Friar Reto Davatz. A reception followed where Sisters and Associates were joined by several students for fun and engaging conversations.
Regi-Notre Dame’s motto translates to Learning, Knowledge, Wisdom Through Christ. The Sister school of Notre Dame (established in 1841) and Regi merged in 1967. We certainly experienced their motto in action today, for a very special gathering.

Celebrating Marguerite Bourgeoys’ Feast Day at Andrews of Charlottetown
The Sisters at Andrews of Charlottetown gathered on Thursday, January 16th, to celebrate Marguerite Bourgeoys’ Feast Day with a short evening prayer service, followed by a pizza supper and social. It was wonderful to take time out to reflect on Marguerite’s words and actions and how they still speak to us today. Lots of fun and conversation took place during the pizza social afterwards. Marguerite would have been pleased to see how she was honoured in prayer, fun, and friendship here at Andrews. It seems evident that her spirit is very much present within our small community!
January Tea and Talk in Sydney
Cold temperatures did not deter women from attending January 21 on the first 2025 Tea and Talk at Holy Redeemer Convent in Sydney.
Sister Agnes Campbell believes it is our largest group ever. Everyone enjoyed the conversation and the hot cup of tea.
