Notre Dame Academy marks 120 years with street co-naming ceremony

On September 13, 1903 the original site of Notre Dame Academy of Staten Island was blessed. 120 years later—to the day—most of the current 700 students, with school staff and guests, participated in a Mass of Thanksgiving at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, followed by a ceremony for co-naming Howard Avenue as Notre Dame Academy Way.
