Official visit of the Leadership Team to Visitation Province – May 28

Before leaving Sydney and the Holy Redeemer Convent, we were welcomed by the administrative and teaching staff of the Coady Institute, at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish.

We talked about the Aboriginal women’s leadership training offered at the Coady Institute, and saw the projects and works carried out by these women. We also learned a lot about other training courses on food sustenance and on “peacebuilders.”

On Tuesday afternoon, we were warmly welcomed by the sisters in Toronto.
